BootCamp at Callahan

    The sun is just risen, and the birds are singing. Jack in the Pulpit is in bloom and the fawns are grazing.      
    This Summer have some fun, and exercise at the same time. BootCamp at Callahan is designed for all abilities. Plan on enjoying a fun energetic time gaining strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and burning some calories in the process.
    Paul, is a veteran to the outdoors and enjoying life. He's an AFAA certified Personal trainer, Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, CPR/ AED certified, Trail runner, Marathoner, Hiker, Mtn Biker, and Adventure racer. He has grown up appreciating the outdoors, and following the belief to live life happy and healthy. Paul's creative efforts show in the fun, challenging and sometimes hilarious routines he will create.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the DCR at the end of the season to help with the maintenance of this masterpiece.

Who: All abilities will have a fun challenging time. Ages 12 and up with parent. Your never to fast, slow, strong, old, funny, or ugly to join us. Everybody works up a good sweat and laugh at the same time.
When: Tuesday/Thursday- 6am/ 630pm Wednesday/Friday 930am

Where: Callahan State Forest
North parking lot on Broadmeadow rd.
Cost: $40/week as often as you like.
Required Gear: Trail running shoes or light hikers, water, bug dope, gloves(open or closed finger), SweatWipe, a sense of humor, and a joke to pass.
