What We Do!
You can expect a 10-15 minute jog/hike warm up to start. This takes us up to the Field of Dreams!!
This will be followed up with either:
Cardio blast: A fun high energy cardio blast geared to rev up your metabolism.
Body power: A strength and body weight class designed to build up muscle density without adding bulk
Eischens Yoga: An alignment based Yoga designed to add flexibility, and Neuro-Muscular balance.
We finished off with a 10-15 minute jog/hike back down to the cars.
We are focused on gaining strength, losing weight, increasing our endurance, and learning about ourselves and our potential.
This is NOT a MILITARY Style yell in your face BootCamp!
Come join us in the scenic surroundings of Callahan State Forest, and see what mother nature has created for your enjoyment.
